The “In The Market” treasure hunt is found in the Bandengar’s Underground region. To finish it you will first have to find the treasure map and then find the treasure. Here are the locations…
Treasure Map. The Treasure Map is obtained by finishing the “Fallen Knights” side quest.
Treasure. Dig up the treasure under the statue near the well. You will only be able to do this if you have the “In The Market” treasure map (obtained from the “Fallen Knights” side quest).
