Genshin Impact Still Mouthwatering Quest Guide (All 7 Mysterious Core Locations)
This guide will show you where to find all 7 Mysterious Cores to finish the "Still Mouthwatering" world quest in Genshin Impact.

To unlock the “Still Mouthwatering” world quest, go to the northern beach of the eastern island. Here, defeat the 2 crabs and talk to Henry. This will start the “Truly Mouthwatering” world quest. Once you finish that quest, Henry will be waiting in front of the building on the beach. You will now have to go and find the 7 Mysterious Cores around Fontaine.
These Mysterious Cores are droped from the floating mechanisms found around Fontaine. To loot them, first find the dark orb in the area (normally in plain sight) and hit the mechanism with it (having a bow will make this easier). You will then have to defeat some enemies and find the light orb to hit the core again. In some cases this will be enough to get the chest from the core, however in some cases you will have to pick up the dark orb and hit it one more time. Here are the locations of all Mysterious Cores.
Mysterious Core #1. Found on the beach to the west of the mountain on the western island.
Mysterious Core #2. Found to the south of the eastern island.
Mysterious Core #3. Found on the beach to the east of the western island.
Mysterious Core #4. Found underwater to the east of Court Of Fontaine. The orbs can be trapped in some seaweed. To release them, absorb the cut ability from a manta in the area. Then, hit the green orbs on the seaweed.
Mysterious Core #5. Found underwater to the south east of the Court Of Fontaine.
Mysterious Core #6. Found underwater to the south east of the Court Of Fontaine. Finding the orbs for this one can be a little tricky. First, interact with the conch to reveal the locations of the orbs. Then dig them up.
Mysterious Core #7. Found underwater just north of where Henry is waiting. The first orb can be found behind the rock with blue cracks. To destroy it absorb the ability from a crab. The second orb can be found by destroying the small volcanic rock firing at you (to destroy it, hold down the crab ability and let one of the shots hit you, then release the shot back at the enemy).
Once you have all 7 Mysterious Cores return to Henry to finish the quest. Also remember to pick up the cooked chicken from off the beach to get an achievement.
