The Crafted Cryptic Vessel is the first cryptic vessel that can be obtained in Lies Of P. These are like little treasure hunts. You can find this one by going to Chapter 4 > St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel, follow the main path to the very top where you can push the brazier off the edge. This will clear the toxic water in the first area. Go back down to find a new set of stairs where the water was. You will find the Cryptic Vessel down this new path.
You will then have to take it to Venigni to decipher it and get the first clue.
To solve the first clue, go to Chapter 2 > Krat City Hall and backtrack to the bridge where you encountered the Mad Donkey boss. Here, hit the puppet hanging above the bridge to get the 2nd clue.
To find the treasure, go to Chapter 2 > Inside The House On Elysion Boulevard, exit the building on the main path, cross the wooden plank and open the door to your right with the key obtained from solving the 1st clue. Inside the house you will find a safe with the Treasure inside.
