You can find Necromus (and Paladius) in the northern part of the desert area. Make sure you come prepared because you will be fighting both these world bosses at the same time and they are both level 50. After catching Necromus, you can unlock the Necromus Saddle at level 49. Necromus is the fastest Ground Mount in Palworld.
