Intro.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide offers a relaxed and straightforward path to the platinum trophy. No trophies are missable. Most are obtained by completing the levels, collecting items, finishing a few side quests and races, and completing some miscellaneous challenges.
Step 1. Finish The Main Story.
Play through the game for fun. I do recommend hitting any NPC you come across for the Agent of Chaos trophy, where you must hit 100 NPCs. Also, break any box or barrel you come across to work towards the So Much Destruction trophy, where you must destroy 500 objects. I also recommend saving up to 10.000 coins at once and not spending any before then, since one of the shop items requires it. If you see any chests, jellyfish, side quests or TVS, feel free to pick them up too.
Step 2. Collectibles.
After finishing the game, use the Map menu to fast travel back to each level and get every collectible that can be found around the levels:
All Chests - needed for the “Hoarder” trophy.
100 Jellyfish - needed for the “FIRMLY GRASP IT!” trophy and Felix’s side quest.
All TVS - needed for the “THE Wisdom” trophy and a chest.
Step 3. Purchase Everything From The Shop.
You will now need to unlock and purchase all Costumes, Displays, Underpant Pieces and Photo Filters from the Shop. You can access it from the “Shop” menu. To unlock everything in the shop, you must complete certain tasks, perform actions and open golden chests. Purchasing everything will get you the “All Maxxed Out” trophy for getting all HP upgrades (Underpant Pieces), the “Dashing Fashion” trophy for getting every costume and the “Make Mr. krabs Rich” trophy by purchasing everything from the shop.
Step 4. Miscellaneous Cleanup.
After doing all of the above, all you should have left are a few miscellaneous trophies. There are 2 combat-related trophies (Cool Them Off & Catch It If You Can). You may still have to activate photo mode with down on the d-pad and take a photo, destroy 500 objects or hot 100 NPCs. You also have to get a score of 999 in the Krabby Patty minigame to get the Chef’s Kiss trophy. After that you should have another shiny platinum trophy!

Unlock the character swap
This trophy will unlock automatically after the prologue once you can swap between SpongeBob and Patrick.
Defeat Dutchman's Chest
Obtained automatically after defeating the boss at the end of the Goldfish Island level.
Defeat Neptune's Statue
Obtained automatically after defeating the boss at the end of the Atlantis City level.
Defeat Hibernation Sandy
Obtained automatically after defeating the boss at the end of the Jellyfish Fields level.
Get the Golden Spatula
You will get the Golden Spatula weapon automatically during the Bikini Bottom level.
Defeat the Flying Dutchman and King Neptune
Obtained automatically once you defeat the final boss in the game, at the end of the Bikini Bottom level.
Help Mrs. Puff, Squidward, and Fred
Obtained by finishing the "Collect Trash", "Fix The Still Life" and the "Find The Ticket" side quests. All Side Quests Guide

Defeat an Ol' Boomer Ghost with its own Cannonballs 5 times
For this one, you will have to defeat 5 of the large ghosts that throw cannonballs at you by either kicking it back with SpongeBob or by grabbing it in the air with Patrick and throwing it back. Make sure you don't damage the ghost in any other way. Only with cannonballs. A good place to do this is in the river area above the waterfall that you have to "turn off" in Goldfish Island, where you can find multiple of them.
Reach the score 999 making Krabby Patties
Get a score of 999 or more in the Krabby Patty minigame. You can play this in the kitchen on the Floating Patty (the HUB area). Just press the correct button once it turns green. If the red bar fills up, you will lose a life. Lose 3 lives and you will have to start over.
Burrow out the stuck citizens of Goldfish Island and Bikini Bottom
Save the stuck citizens. - One can be found in Goldfish Island on the beach at the start, to the right of the restaurant. - Three more can be found on a floating island in Bikini Bottom. This is the island you reach after the second slide section. It has the "Chum Bucket" building on it. 2 of the buried NPCs you will see in plain sight. For the other you will have to grab the explosive barrel and destroy the rock under another little island.
Catch 100 pink Jellyfish
Obtained for finding 100 jellyfish. These can be found around the main levels of the game. There are more than 100 total, so you don't need to find them all. 100 Jellyfish Locations
Collect 16 Underpant Pieces
Underpant Pieces are Health Upgrades. There are a total of 16 in the game and you can purchase them all from the SHOP menu. You will have to first unlock them through different methods like opening chests and finishing side quest. Check out the All Shop Items Guide for details on each one.

Destroy 500 objects
Destroy 500 breakable objects like barrels and wooden boxes. You can find a lot of wooden boxes around the first area of the Jellyfish Fields level. Just destroy them, fast travel back and repeat until the trophy pops.
Unlock all Costumes
All costumes are obtained by purchasing them from the SHOP menu. To unlock them you must finish certain tasks, open chests and finish side quests.

Complete all of Plankton's Challenges
After finishing the Goldfish Island level you will unlock the Engine room on The Floating Patty (HUB area). Here you can start the Plankton challenges. To unlock these challenges you must have collected a certain amount of scraps. These can be found in the chests.
Travel 2000 meters with the Ghostboard
In some levels, like Goldfish Island and Jellyfish Fields you will come across Ghostboards. Jump on to start riding them. After that, you can press L3 to get on and off. If you don't get this naturally during the main story, ride around until the trophy pops.
Hit 100 NPCs
Just hit 100 different NPCs. There are way more than 100 in the game. Lots can be found at the start of the Goldfish Island level and in the main hall of the Neptune's Palace level.
Complete all races
For this trophy, you must finish every race. Races are a type of side quest where you must get to the end within the time limit.

Help Sandy get her clothes back
After finishing the Jellyfish Fields level, you can find Sandy on the Floating Patty. She will give you a side quest that requires you to return to Jellyfish Fields and find all 3 pieces of her clothes. All Side Quests Guide
Throw 20 ghosts into Goo
For this trophy you will have to grab 20 ghosts with Patrick and throw them into green goo. A good place for this is in Atlantis City > City. After the first boulder slide, you will encounter a group of ghosts with a pool of goo in front of you. Throw them into the goo, save your game and then load that save to get the ghosts to respawn.
Find all secret wisdoms and watch the TV in the secret shrine
For this trophy you will have to find All 10 TVS and then open the Shrine in Neptune's Palace.

Open photo mode at any time with DOWN ON THE D-PAD and then press X to take a photo.
