To get the "Crocodile" 🏆 trophy / achievement you will have to first kill the guard at the start of the "Wetwork" mission to get his gun. You will then have to use it to shoot 3 enemies while underwater. The easiest way to do this is to go around the left side until you see a pier with 3 enemies on it. Just go underwater before shooting each one to get the trophy!
