You can get the Floater trophy/achievement in in Precious Cargo Mission.
First, get the parachute from the first room on the left inside the ship to the north of the map.
Then, go to the yellow crane in the south-east corner of the map (the one next to the building with the objective marker around it). Climb it to the top and parachute to the roof of the marked building to get the trophy/achievement.
