There are 2 possible endings in Cat Quest 3. The Normal/Bad ending that you get by just finishing the game without any other requirements. Then you have the Secret/Good ending that will require a few extra steps. This ending will also get you the “My North Star Was Always You” trophy.
To get the Secret/Good ending you will first have to find and talk to Aelius 3 times. Here are the locations.

Aelius Location #2.
Aelius Location #3.
Once you have talked to Aelios 3 times, finish the game to get the ending and trophy.
