When you reach the suspended platform, turn at the first door and you'll find the Golden Nectar right in front of you. Can only be accessed during 2197: The Hero Zenon’s Era in the Sunken City.

Golden Nectar #46. Starting from Luna Rapacis, descend to the left and go through the tunnel, turn right and climb the broken road until you reach the water fountain. This Golden Nectar will be next to the water fountain. Can only be accessed during 2277: The Present.
