You can get the “Hero Of The Wutai War?” trophy in chapter 1 of Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion. This is a missable trophy, so if you don’t do it in chapter 1 you will have to start a new playthrough.
During chapter 1 you will get to a fort where you can see how many encounters you have won in the top left of the screen. To get this trophy you will have to complete all 16 encounters before leaving the fort. Most encounters are in plain sight, however, there are a few hidden encounters. To find the, make sure you interact with every spinning wall and every tower. Also, some towers and walls cannot be interacted with until you get to the end of the level and backtrack.
