There are 8 Legends Of Fontaine to be found in Genshin Impact 4.0. There are all of course found in the Fontaine region. They are all minibosses found in the open world. Defeating each legend will get you an achievement. Here are the locations.
Iron Viscount. Found by going into the cave that opens up by solving the Hot Spring puzzle on the west island (Hot Spring puzzle guide HERE).
Fading Veteran. Found underwater to the north of the previous legend.
Angelica & Medoro. Found underwater near the domain.
Ocean Circuit Judge. Found underwater to the south west of the Court Of Fountaine.
Ninianne Of The Lake. Found on the northern beach of the werstern island.
Dobharcu, Lord Of The Hidden. Found underwater just north of the previous legend.
Cortana & Murgleis. Found underwater in the north east corner of the region.
Vivianne Of The Lake. Found close to the north west corner of the map.
