During the second day of the Fecund Blessing event you will be able to find 8 chests or fecund hampers as part of the "The Fest in Full Swing" on the notice board next to the event.
Here are the locations of all 8 chests.
Chest #1. Next a cart close to the Starfell Lake statue of the seven.
Chest #2. Close to the Whispering Woods beach.
Chest #3. Close to the water outside of Mondstadt.
Chest #4. Down the alley to the right of the souvenir shop in Mondstadt.
Chest #5. In the cart next to the reputation NPC in Mondstadt.
Chest #6. Behind the big blue building in the center of Mondstadt.
Chest #7. Found on the windmill to the south of the waypoint shown below.
Chets #8. Inside the Knights Of Favonius Headquarters, take the first door on the right.
