To get the Tanks For The Memories trophy you must catch every unique fish.
First you have to get the Fishing Rod. You can do this by helping the NPC on the pier in the Harbor area. Just use Travis to get his boat unstuck and he will give it to you.
Now you must catch every unique fish available in all 8 fishing spots (every time you catch a fish, the game will tell you how many different fish are available to catch in that spot).
Circuit Arcadia (2 Fishing Spots)
Pinkline Harbor (3 Fishing Spots)
Zoo (3 Fishing Spots)
