This guide will show you how to finish Belle's side quest in Lies Of P.

You can finish Belle’s side quest by following these steps.
Step 1. You can first find Belle by going to the Chapter 7 > Grand Exhibition Gallery Stargazer and follow the main path until you get to the area with the rafters. As soon as you enter this area look to your left and climb down the ladder. Here you will find Belle. Make sure you talk to her before defeating the next boss.
Step 2. During/after you get to the train station in Chapter 9 talk to Belle at the hotel and agree to help her.
Step 3. Go to Chapter 9 > Krat Central Station, and go through the gate on the right (this would be the shortcut to the Weasel boss). Then, at the bottom turn around and go into the train that is below the stairs you just used. Inside talk to the NPC.
Step 4. Return to Belle and pick the “He Was Killed In Action Fighting A Puppet” option to finish the quest and get the record.
