To get the “The Story Of The Refined Old Lady” trophy / achievement follow these steps.
Step 1. Talk to Giangio at the hotel after defeating Champion Victor at the end of Chapter 7 to get A Cure For Antonia (if he does not give it to you, try talking to Polendina first).
Step 2. Once you have the cure talk to Polendina and select the “Use The Cure”option.
Step 3. After defeating Laxasia in Chapter 11, talk to Polendina to get the trophy / achievement. Remember to go upstairs to get the record from the wheelchair.
