Amulet Holder #6. Obtained from the mystery chest in Sacred Archives. To get the chest, light the symbols in the image below (you can find the answer in the background of the room where you defeat the jailer).

Amulet Holder #8. Can be bought from the Mage in Lower City.
Amulet Holder #9. Obtained after returning 15 Sand Vials to the mural in Lower City.
