To get the Spectre Of The Seas trophy/achievement, follow these steps.

First, go to the Hidden Village area. You can get there by following the path to the east of the Soma Tree area (you will need the grappling ability to get there).

Once you are at the Lighthouse in the Hidden Village, climb to the top. Then, just let yourself drop down the right side of the lighthouse until you land on the ghost ship where you will get the trophy/achievement.
