The best place to do this quest is Supernatural Life Research Facility - Museum Ruins, go to the location below to find multiple Cushion Pound enemies.
Remember to get the final hits with a psychokinesis finish.
To do this you will first have to knock them down, this means breaking their armor and has nothing to do with the yellow bar, this enemy gets knocked down when you break the metal part on their head, so you will want to calculate it so you knock them out with just enough to stay alive but little enough so that a would kill them.
You can tell if the R2 is a psychokinesis finish if the object you are launching goes above the enemy and comes down on them, this MUST be what gets them to 0HP, if they fall to 0HP and the L2 prompt comes up DO NOT press it and just wait until they die.
