Getting the Phlebotomy trophy / achievement in The Quarry is super easy. You will have to play through the game until Laura find Ryan in chapter 9 (this should happen no matter what). Here Laura suggests biting Ryan to heal him. At this moment you will need to pick "ACCEPT" and then ❗ DO NOT pull away your arm. This results in Laura bitting Ryan, getting you the trophy.
