There are 6 chests available in Ruin E-02. Remember you will have to play on Hard difficulty to be able to get all of them.
Chest #1. To your right as you start, behind some boxes.
Chest #2. Under the first ladder you climb.
Chest #3. Behind you when you drop down in to the room with the switches.
Chest #4. To the left of the switches.
Chest #5. To your left as soon as you enter the boss room.
Chest #6. Under the bridge in the water just before the end of the level.
