There are 6 chests in total that can be found in Ruin A-03. Remember that you will need to play the ruin on Hard difficulty to be able to get all 6 chests!
Here are the locations of all 6 chests:
Chest #1. Use the Omnium Handcannon to place a vertical column on the first step. Now climb to the top of it, turn around and jump to the chest on the wooden platform.
Chest #2. In plain sight after using the Omnium Handcannon to get up the first big step..
Chest #3. Drop down to the left side of the next room.
Chest #4. On the opposite side of the room from the previous chest. You will have to use the Omnium Handcannon to get to it.
Chest #5. Behind some lasers to your right as soon as you get to the next room. You will have to place a vertical with the Omnium Handcannon in front of the lasers (left side of the door) to block them. Allowing you to enter.
Chest #6. Right below you just before you get on the moving platform in the water.
