Missable trophies: 3 (Friends Reunited is related to the Secret Ending. For Prayer For The Dying, you must find every hidden statue and for Beneath The Mask, you must find every hidden mask.)
Intro.
Earning the platinum in REANIMAL is quick and straightforward. Whether you're playing solo or in co-op, all trophies can be unlocked in a single playthrough, no need for multiple runs.
If you happen to miss a chapter-specific trophy, don't worry, you can always go back and grab it through New Game -> Chapter Select. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
The Secret Ending only triggers if you find all 5 Coffins in one continuous playthrough. Revisiting chapters to pick up missed Coffins won't activate it. Similarly, the 5th Hidden Statue will only light up and reward you with a Mask if you've collected every Hidden Statue in the same run; going back for missed ones won't count.
Step 1.
REANIMAL is divided into 9 chapters and features 2 different endings. You can unlock all collectibles and both endings in a single playthrough by following our All Collectibles Guide. This guide also covers every missable trophy along the way, so by the time you reach the end, you'll have earned the platinum!

Unlock everything.
Unlock every other trophy.
Reach the small forest town.
Obtained upon completing Chapter 1, cannot be missed.
Save your friend from the birds.
Obtained upon completing Chapter 3, cannot be missed.
Reach Sand City.
Obtained upon completing Chapter 4, cannot be missed.
Reunite with your friends.
Obtained upon completing Chapter 5, cannot be missed.
Find your way into the breach.
Obtained upon completing Chapter 6, cannot be missed.
Finish the main story.
Obtained upon completing the story for the first time. This is the normal ending of the game. If you go straight for the secret ending, you will also get this trophy
Kill every critter.
Throughout the game, you'll need to find 5 Critters. You can find the location of all of them by clicking here.
Rest your legs at 10 places around the world.
For this trophy, simply sit on 10 chairs, benches, or couches throughout the game. You can find the location of 10 spots to rest your legs here.
Pay tribute at all hidden statues.
For this trophy, you'll need to find all the Hidden Statues. You can check out the location of all of them here.
Find and tear down all posters.
For this trophy, you'll need to find all the posters. You can check out the location of all of them here.
Escape Sniffer.
Obtained upon completing Chapter 2, cannot be missed.
Find all masks.
For this trophy, you'll need to find all the masks. You can check out the location of all of them here.
Find all secrets in the first three chapters.
During Chapters 1–3, there are 19 Secrets. Each collectible item counts as a Secret you can find the location of all collectibles here.
Find all secrets in the middle three chapters.
During Chapters 4–6, there are 17 Secrets. Each collectible item counts as a Secret you can find the location of all collectibles here.
Find all secrets in the final three chapters.
During Chapters 7–9, there are 11 Secrets. Each collectible item counts as a Secret you can find the location of all collectibles here.
Find all coffins and unlock the secret ending.
For this trophy, you'll need to find all the Coffins. This will get you the secret ending. You can find the location of all collectibles here.
Break open the popcorn machine in the cinema
During Chapter 2, pick up the brick next to the cinema door and throw it at the popcorn machine to unlock this trophy.
Push the sightseer into the pit
During Chapter 1, right after you head outside, you'll see a man entering a house. Instead of following his path, go around to the back you'll find a man sitting down. Kick him to unlock this trophy.
Break all petrified kids in the clock tower.
At the start of Chapter 4, right after you pass through the broken clock tower, enter the first room and break all 13 Petrified Kids to unlock the trophy.
Comfort the scared pig.
At the start of Chapter 5, you'll see a pig running right in front of you. Follow it and interact with it to unlock this trophy.
Play the piano.
During Chapter 5, after being chased by the boss, you'll escape and the ropes that were holding you will come loose. Go through the back door and interact with the piano three times to unlock the trophy.
Steal the crown from the leader of the Spider Kids.
During Chapter 4, you'll find a king sitting on his throne. Defeat the enemies around him until he steps down. As soon as he does, run behind the throne and start hitting him with your crowbar to take him down. If he disappears, restart the checkpoint.
Kill 10 Spider Kids while fighting the Mother.
At the end of Chapter 5, during the boss fight, several enemies will attack you by throwing spears. Your goal is to defeat 10 of these enemies by throwing their spears back at them. Do not defeat the boss until you've unlocked this trophy.
Travel a great distance with the boat.
You drive the boat during Chapters 1, 3, and 6. For this trophy, you need to drive a total of 10,000 meters with the boat.
Fail to save your friend from being killed.
Right at the start of Chapter 4, you'll come to a hallway with 3 enemies. Let the enemies defeat your friend to unlock this trophy.
Input the secret code.
At the start of Chapter 6, turn on the power and enter the code 2-3-3-2 using the buttons to unlock the trophy.
Fire at the secondary target with the cannon.
During Chapter 6, after you get your boat back, head to the central island. Grab the missile, load it into the cannon, aim it at the bunker you were in earlier, and fire to unlock this trophy.
Clear 20 naval mines in one playthrough.
During Chapter 3, you'll obtain the Harpoon, which allows you to destroy Naval Mines. In Chapter 3, you'll find 4 Naval Mines. The remaining ones can be found in Chapter 6. Be sure to destroy them all to unlock the trophy. You only need 20 in total, and there are 24 mines throughout the game so you have 4 extra in case you miss any.
Accidentally shoot your friend.
During Chapter 8, after going through a trench, you'll reach a room with some weapons. Pick one up and defeat your friend to unlock this trophy.
Get your revenge on the Sniper.
During Chapter 8, you'll be harassed by a sniper and will need to take him down using a rocket launcher. After defeating him, walk up to his body and kick it to unlock the trophy.
Wreck 24 cars from the comfort of your own vehicle.
During Chapter 9, you'll be driving a tank for this trophy, you'll need to run over 24 cars.
