Many collectibles in The Third Sin DLC of Blasphemous 2 follow the same pattern as the previous Mea Culpa DLC and the base game. You will first need to progress through the story to obtain new abilities and weapons in order to access new areas.
Altarpieces are not tied to any Trophy, but if you want to achieve 100% completion you will need to obtain all of them.
The Perfidy
It can be found in Stone Entrails. Head to the right side of the area and complete the entire path using the Embrujo and hitting the bells. The chest containing the Altarpiece will be at the end of the path.
Eliseo
It can be found in Stone Entrails. Use the Embrujo to drop down to the platform below and continue heading to the left, then climb up to the next platform. Hit the wall on the left to reveal a secret room, defeat the enemies inside and grab the Altarpiece from the chest.
The Grief
It can be found in The Vibrating of the Organs. While standing on the platform, hit the wall on the right to reveal a secret room. Keep climbing through this new room and you will see this Altarpiece on the left side of the area.
The Judicious One
It can be found in The Vibrating of the Organs. Use the Embrujo heading to the left side of the area and you will see it on top of a platform.
Cartography of the Bones
It can be found in The Vibrating of the Organs. From the location shown on the map, call the elevator, then climb to the platform just above and turn to the right. Your goal is to reach the next lever just above the elevator to call it again, but this time while it is going up, jump on top of it and you will be able to reach the chest containing the Altarpiece.
The Ascension
It can be found in Geometry of Knowledge. Push the ladder to the left and climb up it to reach the chest containing the Altarpiece.
Lady of the Mist
It can be found in Usurped Halls. Hit the wall on the left side to reveal a secret room, go inside and you will see the chest containing the Altarpiece.
Inner Voice
It can be found in The Vibrating of the Organs. Use the Embrujo to reach the chest at the top of the area.
Crescencia
It can be found in The Vibrating of the Organs. Hit the wall on the left and keep going forward, descend through the chain and you will land on a platform with the Altarpiece.
