Many collectibles in the The Third Sin DLC of Blasphemous 2 follow the same pattern as the previous Mea Culpa DLC and the base game. You will first need to progress through the story to obtain new abilities and weapons in order to access new areas.
Prayer #1: Jaleo of the Injured Dawn
It can be found in Castle of Mist. Use the Embrujo to reach the upper platform and follow it to the left, then drop down onto the platform.
Prayer #2: Garrotin of the Forgotten Ones
It can be found in Geometry of Knowledge. Hit the book piles to reveal the chest.
Prayer #3: Vidalita of the Blind Eyes
It can be found in Geometry of Knowledge. Hit the bell and then hit the ladder to push it to the right, climb up the ladder and on the platform above you will find the chest containing this prayer.
Prayer #4: Carcelera of Bitter Blood
It can be found in The Vibrating of the Organs. From the Prie Dieu, climb to the upper area and then head to the right and you will find it.
