You can get the Hitchhiker trophy/achievement in the Gora Dam mission.
To do this, as soon as you start, jump off the dam and parachute to the corner on the road to the right. Here you will soon see a truck with a bomb on the back driving to the dam. Land on the back of it and defuse the bomb before it stops to get the trophy/achievement.
