You can get the Your Tax Dollars At Work trophy/achievement in the Danger Close mission.

During this mission, you will take control of the gunner of an AC-130 gunship. You will have 3 weapons available to you. First, pick the missile with the triangle/Y button (check the bottom right of the screen to check what weapon you are currently using) and kill ONLY 1 enemy with a single shot (you cannot kill more than 1 with that missile). A great chance to do this is a the very start of the mission before you get to the enemy base.
