To get the Magic Pot DMW summon you will first have to unlock mission group 10-2. You can do this by defeating the Tonberry in mission 6-1-5. Once you have done that, finish missions 10-2-1 and 10-2-2 to unlock mission 10-2-3. Now make sure you have the Jump, Fira, Gravity & Assault Twister materia on. Enter mission 10-2-3 and run around until you find a Magic Pot. Then do whatever the magic pot tells you.
