Final Fantasy 16 How To Get Ultima Weapon (Best Weapon Location)
This guide will show you how to get the Ultima Weapon in Final Fantasy 16.

Ultima weapon is the best weapon in Final Fantasy 16 with 700 DMG. However, you will only be able to get this weapon in you venture into New Game + (Final Fantasy Mode). You will also need to get some of the rarest materials in the game to craft it! Follow this step-by-step guide to get it.
Step 1. After finishing the game, select “New Game +” on the main menu and then “Final Fantasy Mode”. You will automatically start with the “Utterance of Creation” (one of the crafting materials needed to make Ultima weapon).
Step 2. Next, play through the game and defeat Odin while playing on “Final Fantasy Mode” to get the “Flawless Dark Shard”.
Step 3. Use the Flawless Dark Shard and the other weapons you got from boss fighst to craft the “Everdark Reforged” (the 2nd material needed to craft Ultima weapon).
Step 4. Finish the “Blacksmith’s Blues IV” side quest to get the “Gotterdamerung Design Draft” and “Ragnarok Reforged”. You can find this side quest in the Hideaway during / after the “Across The Narrow” chapter. You will also have to finish “Blacksmith’s Blues I, II & III.
Step 5. You will now have to craft the Gotterdammerung Reforged (the final item needed to craft Ultima Weapon). So first we will need 3 Orichalcum. To get the 1st Orichalcum defeat Notorious Mark: Atlas in Rosaria > Eastpool to get your 1st Orichalcum (available during /after the “Out of the Shadow” chapter).
Step 6. To get the 2nd Orichalcum, defeat Notorious Mark: Gorgimera in Dhalmekia > The Dalimil Inn (available during / after the “Across The Narrow” chapter).
Step 7. You can get the final piece of Orichalcum by finishing the “Under New Management II” side quest in Sanbreque > Northreach (available during the “Back To Their Origin” chapter after finishing the “Under New Management” side quest).
Step 8. Next you will need 2 Flawless Darksteel. To get the first one, defeat Notorious Mark: Thanatos in Dhalmekia > The Gilded Path during / after the “Brotherhood” chapter.
Step 9. Defeat Notoruois Mark: Prince of Death in Sanbreque > Northreach during the “Back To Their Origin” chapter after finishing the “Under New Management II” side quest to get the second Flawless Darksteel.
Step 10. The final material you need to craft the Gottammerung Reforged is a Flawless Battlehorn. To get this, defeat Notorious Mark: Gobermouch in Waloed > Eistla during / after the ”Brotherhood” chapter.
Step 11. You will now be able to go to the blacksmith and craft the Gotterdammerung Reforged (the final material needed to craft Ultima Weapon).
Step 12. At the blacksmith use Gotterdamerung Reforged + Everdark Reforged + Utterance Of Creation to craft Ultima Weapon.
