To get the "Tank" trophy in Frogun you will have to get all HP upgrades available. Getting an HP upgrade is easy in this game. You will not even have to look that hard to get them. The HP upgrades can be found in the chests around the overworld where you select levels. You will find a chest after each boss and each chest contains a Hp Upgrade.

Once you have them all you will get the "Tank" trophy.
