This side quest will only be available after finishing day 2 of “Night On The Great Mine”.

After the next daily reset, return to the great mine and talk to the NPC where you did the puzzles for parts 1 and 2. You will then have to solve another 3 cart puzzles. These will be a little more complex than day 2. Check out the video below for a full guide on how to solve all 3 puzzles.
