The new The Backstage DLC for Little Nightmares 3 contains only 1 type of collectible and a few Trophies to complete during the DLC. Below you will find the complete guide detailing step by step how to achieve 100%.
Pictogram #1
At the start of the Chapter, after jumping through the door window, use the flash on your device to reveal this.
Trophy: Clean Up Your Act
After climbing the large staircase, go through the hole in the wall on the right side, have Player 2 stand under the shower and have Player 1 pull the shower cord so the water falls, this will unlock this trophy.

From the previous collectible, exit through the hole in the wall where you entered and continue forward, passing over the wooden plank. Use the flash to reveal this Pictogram on a box.
Pictogram #3
Further into the Chapter, you will reach a hallway with a bucket and some leaks. In front of the bucket, you will see a door with some small stones on the ground. Go through that door and inside you will be able to reveal this Pictogram.

After grabbing the key from the painting to progress the story, head to the left and climb to the top of the cabinet, use the flash to reveal this Pictogram.

After getting into the cable car to progress the story, it will be on the right side; use the flash to reveal it.

Right after exiting the cable car, continue forward through the first room with the soda machine, and in the next room enter the small room on the left and use the flash to reveal this.
Pictogram #7
After seeing the Puppeteer for the first time, this Pictogram will be behind the stairs on the right side.
Pictogram #8
From the previous collectible, climb the stairs and then the boxes, go through the hole in the wall, and on the other side use the flash to reveal this Pictogram.
Trophy: Puppet Master - PART 1
To obtain this trophy, your goal is to get through all the segments with the Puppeteer without dying. You can be spotted, but you cannot die. If you see that you are about to die, reload the checkpoint before getting caught and try again. The trophy will unlock at the end of the Chapter.

Further into the Chapter, you will see the Puppeteer grab Alone. After the Puppeteer leaves the room, pick up an object and throw it at the Elevator button to change its direction, ride the elevator up, then enter the room on the left and use the flash on the wall to reveal this Pictogram.
Trophy: Just The Ticket
From the previous collectible, continue heading to the left and you will see a Ticket machine, hang on the lever until the Trophy unlocks.
Trophy: Shadow Puppets
After grabbing the Circular Key, several Shadow Puppets will attack you. Your goal is to lure 5 Shadow Puppets together and defeat them all at the same time. Doing this alone can be quite challenging since Player 2 is controlled by the AI, when you use your flash, Player 2 will almost instantly use theirs too, killing the Shadow Puppet right after. The best strategy is to use your flash on nothing so Player 2 uses theirs and stuns the first Shadow Puppets, then run to the next room where 3 more Shadow Puppets will appear, gather all 5 together and defeat them to obtain the trophy.
Trophy: Puppet Master - PART 2
If you have gotten through all the segments with the Puppeteer without getting caught, you will unlock the Puppet Master Trophy during the elevator scene.

At the same location as the previous trophy, after exiting the elevator you can use your flash on the box to reveal the last Pictogram. If you have revealed all 10 Pictograms, you will receive the Picture Perfect Trophy here.
Trophy: Exit Stage Fright
Obtained automatically by finishing the story of The Backstage DLC.
