The Adventures of Elliot All Cat Locations
This guide will show you where to find every cat in The Adventures of Elliot. This will unlock the "Katzenmeister" trophy.
This guide will show you where to find every cat in The Adventures of Elliot. This will unlock the "Katzenmeister" trophy. There are 50 cats in total, and none are missable. They can all be found after finishing the game.
Before being able to collect any of the cats, you must play through the story a little until you finish the "Capricious Neighbors" side quest. After that, you can start collecting them.
After collecting the first 5 cats, you can purchase the Cat Needle from the NPC found in the village of every age. This will reveal the location of every cat on the map (you will have to play through the story until you get the Magic Compass that activates the needles).
You will also need at least 15 cats to get the True Ending of the game.
Below you can find the location of every cat by region (Age).
AGE OF SAFEKEEPING
Cat #1-2. The first two cats are obtained automatically during the main story during the “Capricious Neighbors” side quest. After this side quest, you can start collecting the rest.
Cat #3. Found just outside the western entrance of Huther.
Cat #4. On the other side of the bridge heading east just outside the northern exit of Huther.
Cat #5. Found inside Monster Trail 1.
Cat #6. Just south of the Mist Ruins.
Cat #7. Just outside the destroyed house in Whiterea.
Cat #8. In the desert near the cogs in Eddartrayl
Cat #9. In the Rainbow Lotus dungeon. From the start, head all the way left and cross the bridge to the north. Then follow this path until you make it back to the start and press a switch to activate a lily pad. Use it to go north. Then follow this path until you use a key to open a blue door. On the other side of the door, head right to find the cat.
Cat #10. Found on the plot of land to the right of the Water Ruins.
Cat #11. Found inside the Western Caves. You will get the key to these caves later during the main story.
Cat #12. Found in the western part of the map. You reach this area during the main story by going through the Western Caves.
Cat #13. Found in the Water Ruins. After making your way through the left side of the ruins, you go through a large room (where the boss is in the Age of Reconstruction). Just after that, you enter the room where the cat is.
AGE OF RECONSTRUCTION
Cat #14. Found in Neverwither.
Cat #15. Found at the bottom of Whiterea.
Cat #16. Found in the dark cave just north of the Fast Travel Point outside the Northern Tower.
Cat #17. Found in Westeria close to where you first get the Fairy.
Cat #18. Go through the 2 caves just northwest of the Rainbow Lotus dungeon to eventually reach the cat in the area above.
Cat #19. Just outside the Fairy Shrine where you learn Ignite.
Cat #20. Dive under the branch on the left side of the shore near the center of the map to reach the cat. You can find the dive ability by finishing the Water Ruins in the Age of Reconstruction.
Cat #21. Found in the southwest corner of Neverwither. You can reach this part of the map by going through the Eastern Caves once you get the key during the main story.
Cat #22. Found in the Grandtree dungeon. From the start, go right and continue to the Second Level. Here, once you reach the square platforms with tall grass, let yourself fall down the holes to the area below. Then use the jump pad up against the wall to the left to reach the cat.
Cat #23. Found in the Ice Ruins. Once inside, head left and you will find the cat.
Cat #24. Found in the Falls Caves. You have to swim from the shore to the south and dive under the branch to reach it. Once inside, go through the cave straight in front of you and climb the ladder on the left. Then head right and drop down behind the waterfall to reach the cat.
Cat #25. This cat can only be found as you progress towards the True Ending after finishing the game, and it will come naturally since it's part of the process.
AGE OF MAGIC
Cat #26. Found just west of the village.
Cat #27. Found inside the Desert Caves. Head down the hole in the top right corner, then go south to find the cat.
Cat #28. Climb the ladder to the left of the house in Western Hurarea and go to the end of the path to find the cat.
Cat #29. Found in Monster Trail 2.
Cat #30. Found just south of the Fast Travel point at the bottom of the snow area.
Cat #31. Found at the top of the ladder in the eastern part of Neverwither. You can get here by going through the Eastern Caves. You get the key during the main story.
Cat #32. In the western part of the map (you can reach it by going through the Western Caves once you get the key during the story), go through the cave covered with pots and come out the other side to find the cat.
Cat #33. Found in the Fire Ruins. Progress through them until you reach a path made of square platforms that fall away once you step on them. Here, head down to find the cat.
Cat #34. Found on the western edge of the map.
Cat #35. Found in Mount Phoenix. Inside, head right, then up and then left to find it at the end.
Cat #36. First, head through Secret Shortcut 6 just northwest of the Rainbow Lotus dungeon. Then come out the other side and enter Monster Trail 3. Inside, go left and stick to the top to go through a secret passage where you find the cat.
Cat #37. Head into the Eastern Caves and look for a ladder that needs lowering. Here, jump across to the platform to your southwest and hit the red crystal to lower the ladder (this will also lower it in all past ages). Then climb it and exit to find the cat.
Cat #38. Obtained automatically as you progress towards the True Ending.
AGE OF BUDDING
Cat #39. Found in Eastern Fields of Flon.
Cat #40. Found on the plot of land to the left of the beach. Climb the ladder on the beach to get there.
Cat #41. Found at the top of the hill to the west of Geared Ruins.
Cat #42. Found inside the Geared Ruins. First, head right and up the stairs. In the next room, go up the ladder in the top right corner. Then use the moving platforms to go left, where you find the cat.
Cat #43. Found just left of the wooden bridge in Westerea.
Cat #44. Found in Monster Trail 5.
Cat #45. Found in the western area of Neverwither.
Cat #46. Found in the Forest Ruins. Head right in the first room to find it.
Cat #47. Found right next to the Fast Travle Point in southern Whiterea.
Cat #48. Found just south of the Dragonpillar dungeon.
Cat #49. Found on a pillar on the left side of Sublevel 3 in Dragonpillar. To reach it, use the Warp Fair Power.
Cat #50. This one is story related during the proccess of getting the True Ending.
