Mod Extensions allow you to equip more Modifiers. There are a total of 7. However, each one opens up 10 new slots. None are missable, and they can all be obtained after finishing the game.
Mod Extension #1. Climb into the pipe above. The Extension will be in the room above.
Mod Extension #2. Go through the hidden passage found on top of the shroom. The extension can be found at the end of the platforming section.
Mod Extension #3. Can be purchased from MEL.
Mod Extension #4. Can be purchased from MEL.
Mod Extension #5. Can be purchased from MEL after saving SIN. All Mel’s Minion Locations.
Mod Extension #6. Can be purchased from MEL after saving TAN. All Mel’s Minion Locations.
Mod Extension #7. Can be purchased from MEL after saving TAN. All Mel’s Minion Locations.
