You can find this request near the merchant in chapter 2. You will have to kill the 3 rats in the factory area to finish it.
Rat #1. Go back through the door to the factory, then through the metal gate to a U shaped hall. The rat will be moving around this hall.
Rat #1 & #2. Continue backtracking to jump through a window to get to the room with the furnaces. The final 2 rats will be running around this area.
