Sea Of Stars 20% XP Boost Relic Location
You will be able to buy the “Tome Of Knowledge” relic from a hidden shop found in Port Town Of Brisk. However you will first need to find the Trader’s Signet.
You can find this in Wind Tunnel Mines. Here you will first have to find the Mine Key. You can find this by going down 1 floor and exiting south to the outside area. Next, climb the ladder, drop down and head inside. Here you will find the chest with the Mine Key. You will not be able to reach it until you have the ability to push blocks (you obtain it automatically in this dungeon).
Once you have the key, go back to the first floor and climb the ladder (this is the first path you take on your first visit). Once you get to the area with 3 doors near a basket, open the top left door with the Mine Key. Inside, solve the puzzle to get the Trader’s Signet.
You can now go to Port Town Of Brisk and go under the pier to the south of the save point. Here you will find the secret shop that sells the relic.
