In Port Town Of Brisk you can find a lone NPC with a roulette wheel living in one of the central buildings. As you may have noticed by the name “B.S Roulette”, no matter how many times you play, you will never win (at least just by playing normally). To win at B.S Roulette we will have to cheat a little.
FIrst, go inside and play 1 game (you will lose). Then, go outside to find a new NPC just to the north of the house. Talk to him and pay 90G to get the next winning number. Finally, go back inside and select the number the NPC told you. You will get a Quiz Pack for winning!
