There are 6 chests in total that can be found in Ruin A-02. Remember that you will need to play the ruin on Hard difficulty to be able to get all 6 chests!
Here are the locations of all 6 chests:
Chest #1. After exiting the first room, look to your left below you as you drop in to the second room.
Chest #2. In plain sight on the main path after the room with the previous chest.
Chest #3. To your left after you leave the room with the laser and lever.
Chest #4. To your right as soon as you enter the area with the moving platforms.
Chest #5. To your left before you jump on to the moving platforms to get to the boss room.
Chest #6. In the boss room. Use the Omnium Gandcannon to climb to the chest above you.
