You can get the “Deep-Six” trophy at the very start of Mission 3 - Operation Galdius. As you drive to the beach by amphibious tanks, you will have to shoot 3 sea mines. These are round mines that have flashing red lights on them. There are more than 3, so it doesn’t matter if you miss some.
