You can get the “Roadside Assitance” trophy during Mission 7 - Nile Guard. At the very start you will be in a tank. Drive forward until you come to a bridge. Shoot the Pillar holding up the bridge until it collapses. This will destroy the tanks on the bridge and get you the trophy.
