To get the 4th upgrade slot for all necklaces you will have to go to the Juniper Fount that can be found to the north-west in Junoon. You will first have to pass through Forst Chahiye, then climb the wall to the north to get to the area with the Fount. Once you enter the fount you will get the “Diversify” spell. With this you will now be able to have 4 skills on each necklace.
