To open the nornir chest on Dragon Beach you will have to find and destroy the 3 runes:

⭐ The first one is behind the geyser just behind the chest.

⭐ The second can be found by going around the rock with the dragon statue on top to the right of the chest and looking behind it.

⭐ The final rune is behind the geyser next to the water on the west side of the beach.
