To get the “Gunning For Your Job” achievement you will need to have Sweezy before starting the Krubis bounty. So make sure you finish the Douglas bounty before starting the Krubis bounty. If you have started the Krubis bounty you will have to start a new playthrough.

Once you have Sweezy, now is the time to start the Krubis bounty. Then make your way through the bounty until you get to the part where you enter the Administrative office. Here you will talk to an NPC. You will now have to make sure you have Sweezy in your hands and pick the “I’m The New Boss” option. In the next room just pick whatever you like to get the trophy at the end of the scene.
