There are a total of 16 Records to find in Lies Of P. Listening to them all will get you the Golden Melody trophy/achievement. You can also listen to them (in real-time) to boost your humanity a little. Here are the locations of all of them.
Feel. In Chapter 2 > Inside The House On Elysion Boulevard finish the Weeping Woman’s side quest (found in the area with the police elite enemy) and pick the “She’s A Cute Baby” option at the end. Full Guide HERE.
Divine Service. Finish Cecile’s side quest in Chapter 4 > St. Frangelico Cathedral Library. Make sure you do this before defeating the Chapter 4 boss. Then, after defeating the boss, return to where Cecile was to find the record. Full Guide HERE.
Someday. Can be purchased from the merchant in the Inn at the end of Chapter 5 > Malum District.
Fascination. Finish Adelina’s side quest in Chapter 5 > Estella Opera House Entrance. Full Guide HERE.
Why. Obtained for finishing Belle’s Side quest and selecting the “He Was Killed In Action Fighting A Puppet” at the end. Make sure you talk to her in Chapter 7 before defeating Champion Victor. Full Guide HERE.
Quixotic. After defeating the boss in Chapter 7 (Champion Victor) you will come by Black Cat And Red Fox. Give them a Gold Coin Fruit to get this record.
Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1 & Far East Princess. After defeating the Black Rabbit Brotherhood at the end of Chapter 10, talk to Alidoro and select “Attack Alidoro” twice (you will only be able to do this if you have high enough humanity). After killing him, talk to Eugeine at the hotel. You will now have to pick 1 of the 2 options. Each option will give you a different record, so you will have to play through NG+ to get the one you don’t pick on the first run.
Memory Of Beach. After defeating Champion Victor, talk to Polendina, then talk to Giangio to get the Cure For Antonia. Next, talk to Polendina again and pick the “Give Cure” option. Then, after defeating Laxasia in Chapter 11, return to the hotel to find the record in Geppetto’s office.
Shadow Flower. After defeating Laxasia in Chapter 11, talk to Sophia in the next room and pick the Giver Her Peace option.
Mist E`ra. First, get the Rusty Cryptic Vessel to open Hermit’s Cave near the Chapter 8 > Barren Swamp Bridge (Full Guide Here). Once inside, get all the way to the end and defeat the elite enemy in the final room to get the record.

Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1 (Golden). Can be purchased from the merchant near the Chapter 1 > Cerasani Alley Stargazer.
Quixotic (Golden). Can be purchased from the merchant near the Chapter 2 > Inside The House On Elysion Boulevard.
Shadow Flower (Golden). Can be purchased from the merchant in Chapter 7 > Lorenzini Arcade.
Memory Of Beach (Golden). Can be purchased from the merchant in Chapter 9 > Abandoned Apartment.
Fascination (Golden). Can be purchased from Subject 826 after finishing his side quest. Full Guide HERE.
Once you have all the records, go to the record player in the hotel and play them all to get the trophy/achievement. If you listen to them all the way through in real-time you will also boost your humanity.
