The Celestial Bay is an optional area in MIO. Once you get there you will get the “Deja Vu” trophy.
You can reach this area by going to the room where you get Asma’s Voice. Here, climb the wall above the door on the left. Then glide to the right side platforms until you see an opening above you. Climb around to the opening and then follow this path and complete the platforming section to reach the Celestial Bay.
