Collecting all Runes unlocks the "Rune Scalper" trophy.

Runes can be equipped from the in‑game menu and act as upgrades for Styx. Below, you'll find the location of all runes.

The Wall

Raven Rune. From Harlow's Shop in Wall Market, you'll find this rune on the table right next to the checkpoint.

Monkey Rune & Lion Rune. From Harlow's Shop in Wall Market, go down to the lower part of the area to find these two runes.

Deer Rune. Obtained automatically upon speaking with Wren on the zeppelin for the first time.

Bat Rune. From Inquisition's Cathedral, go through the gate ahead of you and head into the open area. At the back, use the grappling hook, then go through the door in front of you. Inside, you'll find this rune.

Wolf Rune. From Zeppelin’s Docks, head to the house next to the checkpoint and enter it. Make your way to the back, where you'll see a Grapple Hook point on the right. Use it to reach the upper area, then go through the door. The rune is inside this room.

Cabysses Rune. From Fishermen's Smugglers, go to the back of the area and enter the house to find this rune.

Turquoise Dawn

Chameleon Rune. From the Annexed Sequoia Trunk, go through the hole in the wall using the grappling hook, then turn left. You'll see this rune inside a chest.

Snake Rune. From the Fortifications, use the grappling hook and turn left. Continue forward and use the next two grappling points to climb to the main part of the wooden structure. Go straight ahead and pass through the gate. Further ahead, enter the door on the right to find the Rune on top of a cart.

Bear Rune. From the Supply Docks checkpoint, enter the zeppelin next to it. You'll find this rune on the table.

Cheetah Rune. From the Infested Swamp, go up to the upper part of the checkpoint and continue straight toward the wooden structure. Turn left, go through the door, and you'll see this rune on the table next to a chest.

Owl Rune. From the Supply Docks, go to the upper part of the checkpoint to find this rune.

Bison Rune. From the Fortifications checkpoint, use the grappling hook to reach the upper area. On your right side, you'll see a cart with this rune on top.
