There are a lot of NPCs in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. Luckily, most of them are trivial and are not needed to get any collectibles, endings or trophies.

For the ones that are needed, you can find a guide for each of them below.

Wu Gang. Not really a side quest, but you will need to find all items to expand his shop for the “Shop Of Plenty” trophy.

Tao Qing. Just like Wu Gang, not really a side quest, but you will need to give him every one of his items for the “Well Traveled” trophy.

Nian. His side quest is needed to get one of the 24 weapons that get you the “Legendary Collector” trophy.

White-Robed Elder. Needed to get one of the 24 weapons, one of the 31 Pendants and one of Tao Qing’s shop items.

Red-Clad Lady. Part of the Successor Of The Bo Ending.

He Youzai and Fang Yau. Part of the Bound By Fate and Dream’s Sweet Deceit Endings.

These are the only NPC quests that you need to follow to get the Platinum trophy in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
