This quest can be started in Marineford City Area by talking to the NPC near the fast travel start of the area. First he will ask you to collect some nails and lumber.
The nails can be obtained from the NPC near the canoon to the west of the city.
The lumber can be obtained from the NPC in the plaza to the south.
After talking to Jude again, he will ask you to get some Sailcloth. You can get this by interacting with the merchant just north of the plaza.
