During chapter 9 you will have to find 3 animal heads to place on the statue in the main hall. Below you can find their locations.
Goat Head. This head can be found in the Gallery. First, kill the enemies and activate the switch that the enemies used to lower the bridge. You will then be able to open the gate and cross the bridge to get the head.
Snake Head. Go to the Dining Hall. Then, order Ashley to sit on the left side chair on the opposite side of the first table. Then, as Leon, sit on the last chair on the left side of the far table. Now, ring the bells to get the head.
Lion Head. Can be found after defeating the enemies in the Armory. To get here, go through the door on the top floor of the Grand Hall.
