To solve the tablet puzzle in the Bindary during chapter 8, first pick up the 3 tablets in the same room as the puzzle (they can all be found if you stick to the left side of the room). Now place the tablets in the slots. Then, select them and spin them until you place them like in the screenshot below. Once you do that the door will open!
