To get the “Cobra Cal” trophy / achievement you will first have to get a headband. You can buy one from Doma’s shop in Rambler’s Reach on Koboh. This will cost you 7 shards. You can find shards all around the world. You can also get the Treasures Map Upgrade that reveals all shards on the map by finishing the 3 puzzles in the desert in jedha.

Now head over to jedha and hit the training dummy just outside the Mantis while wearing the headband to get the trophy!
